I have been working in UST for the past 3+ years. I would say, it's an amazing place to work, UST is known for the work life balance, UST has been consistently holding the title as one of " The best places to work" . From my experience I would say, it's true. I love that place, I have got a really supportive senior management, good learning and developmental opportunities and even the manager value you as an individual and your ideas as well. Dislikes

The only con that I found in the past year was they froze the hikes for 1 year just after the pandemic.

For freshers there is an opportunity to learn many technologies from good professionals, if allocated to a good project.

They selected me through campus interview but during the time of joining I was asked to attend a self paid training of 3 months duration from a private institution. If I failed to do so I will lose the chance to join the company. Also they told (through email) that they will be reimbursing the amount we paid for the training once wejoin UST. But once I joined UST they didn't even talked about this reimbursement. After completing one year they came with a bond saying, the reimbursement will be provided only if I work for the company for one more year. Which I didn't expect from a company like UST. Work hard doesn't work here, To get a good recognition you have to convince or impress your manager even if you work with dedication. Last but not least, company politics!...Read More
