Worst company I have ever worked. I worked in 4 companies, even with third party consultancy, but ust went beyond my expectations in terms of cheapness. These people have no ethics or class on how to behave with IT employees. All the managers over here come with sales background. They would ask the people deployed at client loc to explain wht we are working in the project. What kind of nonsense is this . Do not join this company, there is too much internal politics and no growth. They will force you to get resources for them. They don't request, but demand. I have not seen such kind unethical behaviour in any third party hiring firms. If you get an offer letter from them which is usually 5-6 pages . They have outlined many things where an employee can't speak against them in public. One of the reasons why only few people voice their opinions. Top to bottom management is rotten. And do not believe on the positive reviews on Glassdoor, indeed, etc. They will ask us to do that while we in the company. They are only good with branding.
