It is a huge outsourcing company.. Lot oa projects... Though at times you won't find any projects for your skills... It is a demand supply job here... Many sit on bench and after three months they are laid off silently.
But if you are tagged to a project, and get a good manager.. Then your life is best..
Overalll an average company to go to.

Work life balance, depends on projects you are assigned and the manager you got.
Learning is good, Ample time we get, to upskill ourselves.

Projects are short term. 1 yr or max 2 yr.
Once released from project, you may get project or not, you may have to go back to previous technology you were working with.
This leads to chaos, many people to hire, but not many jobs to fill.
You may see biased management, in terms of role filling especially for Trivandrum ,Kochi location, than elsewhere.
So you are pretty much own by yourself.
