Comoany will give team lunch honestly And team outing also For client location work will be pressure But variable pay policies are very unfavour to employees after dec we should get variable pay but thy will give if and only if we stay up to payout month It can be april may june based on designation Almost if we wait for 6 monthe This six months variable pay also we will loss

The only thing good about this company is it has a very good sports culture and other curricular activities. Quarterly Outing and Goodies distribution.

Dislikes

Bad compensation. Salary hike is less then 5% for 99.5% employees. Most of the time it becomes stressful work wise when you are deployed at client side.
