Night shift allowance

In my current organization iam getting 9lpa and is day shift. Now iam switching to another company with a package of 15lpa(13 fixed, 2 variable). This is a wfh option but is a night shift job and when asked about night shift allowance they said there will not be any extra night shift allowance. I have experience of 5.6years. Is what iam getting paid is less?

Projects are mostly based out of Dell, with less exposure to get new technologies if you are stuck in same team.
