Those who want to work for UST they can do on their own risk. Just check Glassdoor comments and linkedin comments where they have fired professionals without any notice because the project which they were expecting has gone to some other company so instead of managing professional in the existing project they just fire them as they do not believe in bench. It means they start hiring people once they are bidding for any account by luring professional with the salary package more than the existing market and by chance if they loose the bid then next day you are fired...Read More
