If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. No body is there to listen to the employees, all one way communications. Please don't join unless you are left with worst choice decision. The HR conduct is bullying, insulting, and subject to legal action. No company or company conduct can be above the law of the land.
