I have spent 3 years in UST global and I felt very bad for choosing this company and I never suggest anyone for this company.Mangement in UST global can change any policy whenever they want and they least bothered about employees. They always talks about ethics and values which they don't have at the same time they expect employees to fallow the ethics and values

Dislikes

It's a big joke only people from Kerala can sustain in this company. Huge partiality for mallus
