Good as service based in terms of work alone

While coming to benefits: 1) Leaves: Yearly 10 public holidays listed, out of which two falls on Sunday. When enquired HR about it, the reply is "it is like that only". Earned leave is per day a month, sick leave is 6 days, 1 optional holiday, 2 flexi leave. They have bereavement leave, but can avail only for ur inner circle family. 2) Due to heavy demand, they are recruiting resources of less knowledge too. We need to bear with them during the project, which results in hectic schedule. 3) I found an architect who doesn't support me appropriately in terms of project, when I escalated it, they again pulled me into so many calls instead of tracking the architect's tasks. 4) They won't give you ample time for any projects. 5) Everything they work is cost oriented, even if you see it to be a longest path, they want to take it instead of convincing the clients. 6) Chennai facility doesn't have any good ambience. 7) They don't provide cab facility...Read More
