Ethics:In our project there was no work ethics.They treat us like donkeys who are born to do slave works. Policies:Do not trust your HR and PROJECT MANAGERS. They are there for their own growth. They wont allow the employee to grow. They will make policies for specific clients and that too for particular projects. They wil intake you as Temporary worker and will say that after one year we will make you permanent. But, after one year when we go for rejoining (so that we could be permanent employee) they will tell is to sign bond for 1.5yr. I don't know what is their intention,they won't say anything about it prior to your joining. Salary:The company which provides very less salary and very low hike eventhough they will tell us to work more. Carrier Growth: Don't even think about it.
