Its a worst org. They do not have any culture and have really very high attrition rates. Its just not the right place if you are really skillful.

Literally nothing. It’s a company with only 20-30 people and none of them are properly skilled or trained. The company not even completed 1 year of its operation in India and within that period it fired almost 10 employees who were the pillars of the org. The future of the company is really dark, top management is in a firing spree.Seen top most performers leaving the org. I recommend not to join this sinking ship....Read More

Everything, it has got micromanagement with dirty politics. The new Managers are making the team really a worst place to work. If you are having any offer then my suggestion would be do not join this uncertain workplace which has got everything wrong. They force employees to work on Saturday and Sundays and even in national holidays.
