Nothing at all. The job of a Service Desk anylyst is same everyday. There are no challenges and learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Tenured employees don't get promoted. The workplace sucks. They pestisie is sprayed to kill mosquitoes and cockroaches every other day and it's hard to breathe due to it. There is no water in the restroom during weekends.And they expect you to work. The process keeps changing. And for Contractors there is no life. Overall it was a horrible experience.
