Innovation and work environment is good, compensation is ok.

Facilities are bad, working hours paid for 45 hrs a week, yet have to spend 50 hrs a week excluding travel.

Take home salary is more as there is very less or no variable pay.

*less Job security - when I was there Unisys fired around 500 employees in India location. *Management is very bad. * Management does not care about you and your personal life. * People management is very poor.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
