The company pays salary in EMIs. The owner is Fraudsters. the company is fraudster. No safety for ladies . Worst company i have ever seen in my life. guys don't even think to join this fraudster company. The company don't have any HR policies.

There is nothing to like. The company's owner is very rude. I haven't seen a man like him in my entire life. He doesn't provide salary on time and also doesn't pay overtime charges. In short, it's the worst company in my life. Please don't go there; you can destroy your life yourself.

Owner is hopeless. Daily continues watching through CCTV camera employees working or not. And judge the employees(Best example of Micro management ) Also companys HR is just timepass. She has dont knowledge about recruitment process.(Each joined fresher's salary, increments, bond duration is different) Dont know owner terminates employees after 3 -4 months because of performance but not terminated HR after 4-5 years. I Joined this Company with High Hopes and Enthusiasm, only to be met with profound Disappointment. The Management Lacks Clear Direction and Communication. There is a sever Lack of Transparency in Decision Making Processes, with Often leaves Employees feeling Undervalued and Disregarded. Work-Life Balance is Virtually non-Existent. Employees are Expected to Work long Hours Without Adequate Compensation or Recognition. The Company Culture is Toxic, Fostering and Environment of office Policies and Favoritism. HR Policies are Outdated and Poorly Implemented Leading to Dissatisfaction and Frustration among the Workforce. No Career Growth Opportunities, and Promotions seems to be based more on Favoritism than Merit. All, let me start with office, it's not even office it's 2bhk flat I would suggest change the name 2bhk techno craft, and the CEO my god he is real ch*** he doesn't even understand how cad development works but he's running the company which does cad development, if you ask him for solution for any issue you have he will give you lecture about your personal life. He will force you to work 12 hrs and also on weekend to earn money for he's personal expenses. Don't join this fraud office, u will not learn and this is startup from last 8 years and this office hires candidates only for project and after completion of project they will fire you, at the time of joining u will be said that there is company bond for 2/3 years but this is only CREAM BISCUIT given to you.
