I Joined this Company with High Hopes and Enthusiasm, only to be met with profound Disappointment. The Management Lacks Clear Direction and Communication. There is a sever Lack of Transparency in Decision Making Processes, with Often leaves Employees feeling Undervalued and Disregarded. Work-Life Balance is Virtually non-Existent. Employees are Expected to Work long Hours Without Adequate Compensation or Recognition. The Company Culture is Toxic, Fostering and Environment of office Policies and Favoritism. HR Policies are Outdated and Poorly Implemented Leading to Dissatisfaction and Frustration among the Workforce. All, let me start with office, it's not even office it's 2bhk flat I would suggest change the name 2bhk techno craft, and the CEO my god he is real ch*** he doesn't even understand how cad development works but he's running the company which does cad development, if you ask him for solution for any issue you have he will give you lecture about your personal life. He will force you to work 12 hrs and also on weekend to earn money for he's personal expenses. About payment- he will give you payment ones in 3 months and that is also in installment, even when you left the company he will not pay you for last three months, if you really wanna kill you dream to work in corporate sector then this company is good choice...Read More
