They offer you salary of 9 lack after a month they tell you your proformance not going well , I don't able to pay you salary as per mention, what a fraud, That man not given me a single chance to prove my self, He don't have knowledge to run company and even he haven't paid my salary from last 2 months. I want to tell don't even think to joined this company very Toxic work culture he thinks you have to work for 9 am to 9 pm , how could he think he haven't paid me my salary as per mention and holding my salary, I want to write to spread awareness about this rubbish company. This company owner don't have knowledge how to run company, if get joined here he just used your skill and make you feel like your not working beneficial to this company, he will get to do extra work from you and take interview make memo schedule a my meetings, remeber my task, don't talk to colluge, don't share your lunch with them, no flexible time come to office at 9am go 6.30pm do extra work, he don't pay for extra work mostly extra work will more than 4 hour, and he don't respect your personal space he talks whatever he wants, and owner don't have manners how respects girls he jerk , if your fresher don't even think to joined here, work culture is toxic you can't even imagine, he uses your hard core skill and after that he throw you away like fly in coffee....Read More

Owner is hopeless. Daily continues watching through CCTV camera employees working or not. And judge the employees(Best example of Micro management ) Also companys HR is just timepass. She has dont knowledge about recruitment process.(Each joined fresher's salary, increments, bond duration is different) Dont know owner terminates employees after 3 -4 months because of performance but not terminated HR after 4-5 years.
