The company has good potential to become a top of it's industry but due to the poor management, progress of the company is not well.

There is a huge communication gap between either departments. Also senior management is not addressing every small problems. Salary and growth is average.

Management is not transparent at some places. Some senior plays politics, So it results in decrement of the company progress. Company needs some strict actions at some point in the management. Salary part is poor part as it always becomes late. Lots of things: No Job roles are fixed Package varies person to person U can be fired at any time if your salary is above 50k Salary date is not fixed No HR rules are framed so ur salary can be deducted by many ways without intimation Completely LALA company Company is not safe for girls pls make sure before joining If you are not serious about your career then you can join this company
