The company has good potential to become a top of it's industry but due to the poor management, progress of the company is not well.

There is a huge communication gap between either departments. Also senior management is not addressing every small problems. Salary and growth is average.

Overall it is a good experience in working with this company since last six months. Especially Culture, staff, management & skills development is a brighter sides of the company. Management is not transparent at some places. Some senior plays politics, So it results in decrement of the company progress. Company needs some strict actions at some point in the management. Salary part is poor part as it always becomes late.
