only thing good about ti ford is work environment. otherwise it can never hope to live up to the standards in terms of other parameters.

Dislikes

no formal training programmes. some of the people who have been elevated to the post of manager by default lack knowledge of handling people. they can only boss around. they lack knowledge. worst thing about this dealer is its compensation structure. salary hikes are pathetic as well. most of the employees are ignorant about anything outside their domain. if u want to grow in your life never join this dealer....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
