Everything is well but i got corona positive on duty.i not want to test but dealer force us for test then found me corona positive.after i going to quarantine center for 10days They didn't give us medical leave.my salary deducted 10days Nothing other.

only thing good about ti ford is work environment. otherwise it can never hope to live up to the standards in terms of other parameters.

no formal training programmes. some of the people who have been elevated to the post of manager by default lack knowledge of handling people. they can only boss around. they lack knowledge. worst thing about this dealer is its compensation structure. salary hikes are pathetic as well. most of the employees are ignorant about anything outside their domain. if u want to grow in your life never join this dealer....Read More
