Work culture, Amazing work-life balance, Career and growth opportunities, and leave policy. The organization does not have a strict leave policy, it believes in an open leave policy, and employee is entitled to take all leaves at once or once a month. It is a new organization established in 2020 as a tech startup and progressing eventually. There is no issue with the salary nor the work hours. Since the employees are limited and its operation is currently dependent on the client base. let's hope they add more employees....Read More

Dislikes

It's a new organization hence it takes quite a time to progress in the job role. There is no yearly review and they just hike by 5-10 % not by the performance, and promotions are currently out of the question.

Work Details

My job here is to create and curate content for the client's website. Integrate ad-ons and plug in's. Optimize SEO and SMM. UX and UI designing and testing. Editing and proofreading offline pages and also creating backlinks.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
