- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust strategies as needed.
- Effectively communicate with candidates through email, phone, and video calls.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities with precision.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the management team regarding recruitment progress and challenges.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed within the given deadlines and meet the organization s standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive resume repository and keep it updated with new applications.
- Perform background checks and loyalty assessments using online resources.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of recruitment and training activities.
- Proven experience in recruiting, training, and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and online recruitment tools.
- Ability to evaluate candidates IQ, communication skills, personality, and overall suitability.
- Creative, witty, and smart with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be available for at least 4 hours a day.
