No management No work life balance No paid leaves at all Even Saturday working often Biasing towards women (bag check of only women and for safety - they have restrictions only) Leaders do not know how to talk to juniors Management is worst possible, I know I'm repeating. Layoffs without any prior knowledge (that's not the bad part, just sharing) No cab provide at night(11 pm) for even women. Notice period for employees is 90 days but if they layoff, then its 30 days only. Disobey of parity principle....Read More
