The job security is good.

The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

You'll get salary on time You will be fluent in English Work from home but they always scare you for WFO and give threat for job loss.

Work culture is hell. No skill development. MNC is just for name. Paid CAB and worst food facility Management is hell Even seniors and Supervisor don't know about the process.

Not sure about other TP sites, but TP Gurgaon 398 only cares about their image and reputation not the employees’ actual overall wellbeing as they claimed to do.

Pathetic work culture in TP, no support from HR end all are just 12th pass hired HR they don’t even know how to behave with the people with employees they guys behaving like we are owner of the company. I will never suggest to anyone to join TP.

No one helped when i raised mental harassment because of the director and wanted to leave the company on spot. Infact i was asked to pay and then leave but when i am not mentally ok to work how can work their and the director who mentally harassed always kept asking me to put down my papers and he will waive off notice period but this never happend

Pathetic company, your work life balance sucks. There is no help from the Superiors.. Managers act like they are God's of the company and now this is their own company . Nobody follow rules but if something happens HR will first question the rules... Don't join this company like me and regret later but wait for sometime find a true company which values their employees...

The only thing which was positive in this company was my Team Leader. He was really helpful and rather than that I will call this place rotten to core.

Everything. This company will destroy your work life balance, they do not have any sick leave if an employee is feeling unwell they will force you to work for them. You literally have to beg for your half day or leave. And if you are not close to the AM (Assistant manager) or to OM ( Operation manager ) you are not getting anything.The process I was working for was amazon domestic special LOB queue. The most shouting manager was Sneha Pandey, she is like a 🦎 cold blooded women and her right hand Tania Gorai who is a red witch. They will make sure that you are not happy. Even if they get to know that you are happy in your job life they will definately take initiative to destroy that attitude of yours. After these two frogs, there are 🍑lickers all around them who will satisfy them in any manner. Another TL is Ravi Shankar Singh, this dude is the defination of egoistic bulldog. He behaves with his employees like servant. If you take morning shift he will not let you even eat your breakfast and try his absolute best to kill you in hunger. On the other hand he loves to make foods for our beloved lady lizard (Sneha Pandey). If tou don't want to destroy your career/health/ mental health/ethics don't come around. And trust me they don't even know how to work in company. I want amazon.in to take a look into this office which is located in kolkata sector 5 godrej waterside. There is nothing good to say about this company. Bad managers, bad team leaders, stupid rules. No matter what problem you have, any urgency, any trouble you face, these people will not let you take leave. If your house catches fire and you have to go home then the team leaders and managers of the company will ask you to go after a half day. Because whatever was supposed to happen has already happened, what is the point of going on now? So these types of team leaders and managers you will get there. You will have to take permission before going to the washroom, before going for the lunch break just like a school. You will feel that your school days are back. At the end of the day they scold you for not completing your targets and there is no etiquettes, manners nothing. Team leaders will talk to you as if you have asked for a share in their property.
