HR management is good but recruited is bribing

Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

Work life balance is very bad employees are made to work from 1PM to next day morning 8AM. Very bad office politics My husband is suffering from various health issues Weekends are also working overall 24 hours if employee works still work load is very high Managers keep bullying people working under them Very bad culture

Work environment with the peers, i.e., managers makes the subordinates feels comfortable with each and every part of learning and never judge us professionally.

Salary as per work load i.e, I am not satisfied with the salary being paid although I am multilingual and in a BPO sector working with multiple language is a deal. No OT benefits, food cards, transport benefits nothing

To get a promotion, you have to flatter the manager, and for someone who actually does the work, getting a promotion is quite difficult.

Dislikes

The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

You'll get salary on time You will be fluent in English Work from home but they always scare you for WFO and give threat for job loss.

Work culture is hell. No skill development. MNC is just for name. Paid CAB and worst food facility Management is hell Even seniors and Supervisor don't know about the process.

Not sure about other TP sites, but TP Gurgaon 398 only cares about their image and reputation not the employees’ actual overall wellbeing as they claimed to do.

At Teleperformance they credit salary on time ie on the last day of the month. The trainers are good.

Salary is less, No proper management, There is no Work- life balance. The TL's are behaving like having they are the owners of the company. No promotion opportunity for the right candidate there is always favorism for the candidate who licks managers shoes only they get promotion. I would not suggest anyone to join this company.

Every thik and they are running scame in goregaon branch at client location which is Aisan paints office Asian paints is payment 30k for under graduate and 35k for graduate but are only given 15k to 17k salary and there is 130 per for overtime mentioned in agreement between asian paints and Teleferformance but the are not giving overtime

Very bed experiance poor igostic management treat lower post people very badly not get respect at all policies or made to modify as per their requirement daily made new rules on sack of police bed cafeteria bed TLs, managers, BHRs. Faced mentally harrasment on work place from TL Sanghvi Power, Chetan Charma.
