No doubt working with prestigious organisation like IBM is a eye catcher. Company will force you to learn anytime. So you will learn a lot through, learning assignment , free premium udemy, wfh facility.
Only Salary. What you get at the time of joining , will be fixed. No increment in any manner. There is no standard to that. So make sure ,you ask higher. They will deny on this but it is true. It is not Limited to me having 3 yrs in IBM but others who has 7 years too has the same issue.

Honestly I did not like anything in IBM. And remember IBM is a sinking ship now. It has lost all its previous glory.
Very toxic manager and team lead. Managers continiously demotivates you. They give negative feedback. And there is no job security nowadays. I was laid off few months after joining. Please avoid IBM i , IBM Z and IBM power system team. These teams are really bad. Apart from that , office is horrible. You will not get even tea or coffee for free. IBM being an international company has good policies . And the brand value gives you so much respect in the society.
There are very toxic projects in IBM and once you are into it, your impression about entire company goes bad !!
