Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Switching between shifts without any prior notice or notification and change in Lobs was very irritating and unbearable.

A lot , First of all Teleperformance is one of the worst company ever ever i Worked . They Do not keep transperancy .They will have faviourtism and High politics .Payment They will cheat on your payment . They will not give you F&F and Last PF . Complete Froad Company and their payment staff and process Team is worst ever I work. I had a bad experience

Easily anyone can get hire, because I have seen many people how doesn't know anything or don't have communication skills they also got hired🤡

Doesn't know how to manage the employees and if employees have any issues then they don't sort it out soon they just keep piling up the work. And no upper manager are competent to help you for anything nor the Hr's. They just do timepass and will tell employees do this that and all.
