Nothing much . they will make you work like machine every single day. sometimes we have worked from 10 pm to 7pm without even a single break.so pathetic work culture.

sales pressure targets you are forced to dial 400-500 numbers in a single day or you have to do sales plus they have had stopped me till 8pm for doing calls and make sales daily very unprofessional behaviour

The working hours. It's mainly in the night for us and sometime the timing is even worse. You didn't even understand whether you are working in night or sleeping in day.

You'll get salary on time You will be fluent in English Work from home but they always scare you for WFO and give threat for job loss.

Work culture is hell. No skill development. MNC is just for name. Paid CAB and worst food facility Management is hell Even seniors and Supervisor don't know about the process.

The ambience of the production floor is the worst. It's so toxic and so much biased you can't even imagine. The HR department won't give you leave even if there is a death in your house or if your seriously ill. Most of the top level guys the Team leaders and specially The HR department are very much toxic biased and they won't evencare about your mental health, there is no cab facilities untill you are certified and during that too they'll give you shifts which seems impossible to come....Read More

I did not like any of the teleperformance staff. From Tl to manager, no one manages the work load and creates work pressure without any reason. As if they do not need to work, they start finding faults by picking up random calls of employees, just like if you are driving a car on the road, you are not following some rules or the other.

There are few leadership who needs to sit and think what are they doing,there is no professionalism and biased culture however not all process or managers are like that but there are managers who are womanisers and also borrow money from junior level showing their authority

Work ethics of some manages like simha in booking.com process who is a womaniser and 3rd class category human being who is biased towards female employee and also borrow money from all level

If you want to do just time pass then join and if you are like arts student and you think you will not get more than 23k from anyone then you can join Teleperformance because the pay scale is good ( 20k to 24k in hand you will get in international process only) and hike in salary is negligible so before joining please keep it in your mind whatever Inhand is mentioned in your offer letter same you will get for next 2 to 3 years if you will not get promoted……. Little bit I can say job security if you are not on contract paper. I think Teleperformance Mohali Punjab location is good compared to Teleperformance Bangalore. I know corporate politics is everywhere.

I don't like to work to Teleperformance Bangalore Smart work techno Qube. Special WFM manager toxic and egoistic person. Currently I am working but I am on notice period.
