Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

Dislikes

For WFH they don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.

they promote unskilled people, person with no leadership skill, problem solving skills, and knowledge of how to handle employees can become TL , assistant manager or even manager.

Dislikes

1 bad HR services never meet my HR 2 no job security they fire employees with out any reason. they made foolish reasons of there own. 3 they hire employees in august for diwali festival season after season end job end.

The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

All the managers and the team leaders are worst. No one wants to help the employee. All the high designations are doing show off with thier work culture. The work culture and the work balance is really very bad. All uses slangs to scold someone or the other. If the employee wants to take a leave the managers and the TL do not approve the leave, rather they remove all the access from the floor and sent a mail to your maild id of Full and Final settlement. The worst company ever I have ever seen. And also, they "DO NOT GIVE THE EXACT SALARY THAT IS MENTIONED IN THE OFFER LETTER." My laptop has a SSD issue I had told my company n number of time but no one listen and it's been 1.5 year I have been telling about same to.multiple leadership. But uhhh . There are few leadership who needs to sit and think what are they doing,there is no professionalism and biased culture however not all process or managers are like that but there are managers who are womanisers and also borrow money from junior level showing their authority
