Somehow the supervisor has no clue about the technical process at all, all the seniors manages treats agents as s**t. They don't care about the agents at all. Never come to Teleperformance unless that is the only option you have left.

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

Teleperformance is such a good company but not Kolkata site.

Kolkata centre is worst centre of TP. Specially quality domain is full of favouritism and oiling buttering domain. If you can't do as@ licking of your manager then even if you are good performer you would never get appreciated and promotion. To get the promotion you have to do Daaru Party with your senior, you must be a GIRL if youare not good in licking. That girl also should be comfortable in all scenarios if she want to get promotion. For promotion they only choose their fav person and even he or she is not able to say anything during interview then also they would be selected only. The wrost HR and the IT team. they took 5 days for simple updation of the software that led me to come to the team on regular basis just to sit and listen to theier excuses. I don't like this company as such it sucks but the process I worked in starting it was heaven but after the new maneger it become hell for ever employee.

Company's manager are very toxic and manipulating in nature. They will tell that you'll get the promotion and then after afterwards start ploting politics between employees.
