Harasses employees mentally. Very poor work culture, managers, ACCM, MO and higher top management only likes chamchagiri and very bad favouritism culture is all over there. Kpi's are only met by the managers chamcha's. In the name of increment they will increase just a Rs.500 or Rs.1000 after 1 year. Run away if you don't spoil your life.

Kolkata centre is worst centre of TP. Specially quality domain is full of favouritism and oiling buttering domain. If you can't do as@ licking of your manager then even if you are good performer you would never get appreciated and promotion. To get the promotion you have to do Daaru Party with your senior, you must be a GIRL if youare not good in licking. That girl also should be comfortable in all scenarios if she want to get promotion. For promotion they only choose their fav person and even he or she is not able to say anything during interview then also they would be selected only.
