Basically the Team Lead and team members are helpful, whenever you have any doubt just pinged anyone and you will receive the appropriate and required answer.
For appraisal the policy is way too different, if any employee join after June month like(1-7-2024) the that employee will get the appraisal directly next year (1-1-2026), if in between that a employee get promoted to next level after September month the again the same process his or her appraisal stuck and employee need to work in the same loop. As per the grade the have notice period, If anyone have the 2 month notice period then that employee need to serve the whole notice period and no buy out option available because HOD is not approving, You also cannot minus your notice period with remaining leaves, Also for 1-2 days leave inform them 1 month prior and still that not getting approved and if a WFH employee is not feeling well then still user need to work, No work life balance. More than 45 leaves will not be in cashed and more than 45 leaves will not carry forwarded. Also if the user is having the leave and needed the leaves they are not approving. They can terminate you any time without any reason, one of my colleague got terminated without any reason, she is a top performer and the thing is Manager asked to do 4hr overtime and she said she is unable to do that and for that she got terminated, Basically doing over time is totally depends on employee and still she got terminated, we have a lots of similar cases....Read More

The job security is good.
The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. There is nothing good to say about this company. Bad managers, bad team leaders, stupid rules. If your house catches fire and you have to go home then the team leaders and managers of the company will ask you to go after a half day. Because whatever was supposed to happen has already happened, what is the point of going on now? So these types of team leaders and managers you will get there. You will have to take permission before going to the washroom, before going for the lunch break just like a school. You will feel that your school days are back. For WFH they don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.
