Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

Dislikes

For WFH they don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.

they promote unskilled people, person with no leadership skill, problem solving skills, and knowledge of how to handle employees can become TL , assistant manager or even manager.

1 bad HR services never meet my HR 2 no job security they fire employees with out any reason. they made foolish reasons of there own. 3 they hire employees in august for diwali festival season after season end job end.

The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

All the managers and the team leaders are worst. No one wants to help the employee. All the high designations are doing show off with thier work culture. The work culture and the work balance is really very bad. All uses slangs to scold someone or the other. If the employee wants to take a leave the managers and the TL do not approve the leave, rather they remove all the access from the floor and sent a mail to your maild id of Full and Final settlement. The worst company ever I have ever seen. And also, they "DO NOT GIVE THE EXACT SALARY THAT IS MENTIONED IN THE OFFER LETTER." Nothing much . they will make you work like machine every single day. sometimes we have worked from 10 pm to 7pm without even a single break.so pathetic work culture.

sales pressure targets you are forced to dial 400-500 numbers in a single day or you have to do sales plus they have had stopped me till 8pm for doing calls and make sales daily very unprofessional behaviour

If you want to do just time pass then join and if you are like arts student and you think you will not get more than 23k from anyone then you can join Teleperformance because the pay scale is good ( 20k to 24k in hand you will get in international process only) and hike in salary is negligible so before joining please keep it in your mind whatever Inhand is mentioned in your offer letter same you will get for next 2 to 3 years if you will not get promoted……. There is nothing good to say about this company. Bad managers, bad team leaders, stupid rules. No matter what problem you have, any urgency, any trouble you face, these people will not let you take leave. If your house catches fire and you have to go home then the team leaders and managers of the company will ask you to go after a half day. Because whatever was supposed to happen has already happened, what is the point of going on now? So these types of team leaders and managers you will get there. You will have to take permission before going to the washroom, before going for the lunch break just like a school. You will feel that your school days are back. At the end of the day they scold you for not completing your targets and there is no etiquettes, manners nothing. Team leaders will talk to you as if you have asked for a share in their property. The managers will treat you like a servant. Everything depends on the politics of the company.
