Not at all employee centric. Unprofessional and unhealthy environment. TL and managers are dominating. Manager or TL shout and yell at anyone in front of the whole team which is not professionalism. Any issue related to work or any feedback good or bad should be given in personal session and that too in a professional manner and notlike a road side factory.
The company policies are good but are not being followed in favor of employees<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. It’s not an organised company, work culture is like a factory and like labours are working. </mark>They made people to work after the shift also without paying the overtime. Most of the employees are not aware about the right things and policies so they get exploited and no one raise any voices and those who raise the voices face difficult time. Mostly people keep working in the toxic environment and they end up leaving the job to get rid of the toxicity and unprofessionalism. Cause not all have courage to raise the voice and change the system. One can simply find a better job and leave this one without being in trouble of fighting with the management and all. As there are very few who are whistle blowers. They provide the services like free cabs but just for the sake of saying we provide free cabs. But in real the cabs are non AC cabs. How can you imagine to travel opening the windows of car in a polluted city like DELHI NCR that too in extremely hot summer. So they are into formalities but don’t maintain quality in anything....Read More
