Most strict company I've ever seen! Unnecessarily strict!! One time a guard held back one of the customer representatives just because they found a tissue inside her bag like seriously?!!! A TISSUE??!! Like security guards think " oh look I found something Im gonna get highlighted " No you're wasting your time on this company. One of the guards even questioned why I was bringing a ubi key and prevented me from entering ..!! Huh? Seriously like do you even know that we require ubi keys for access..?!
And the drivers are very disrespectful like wow you're a driver bro.. nothing special...
Other companies have cab services as well and those drivers are very respectful and professional!!...Read More

Teleperformance is a great place for a fresher to learn new skills.
Dislikes
Even at the time when I was covid positive, they asked me to do the job after 6 days of leave. Did not provide me with any paid leave too. A person who is innocent can not survive in a place like that.
Work Details
I worked there for 10 months. The journey was good. But at the time of covid, no support was provided to me as I was covid positive. Still, I have health complications. The lesson I learned from Teleperformance is that 'In the end you only have you' .
