The only thing I like is to help customers with their technical issues.
Somehow the supervisor has no clue about the technical process at all, all the seniors manages treats agents as s**t. They don't care about the agents at all. Never come to Teleperformance unless that is the only option you have left.

The job security is good.
The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all.
