1. No Job Security: Company will expect from you to give your 200% even they don't provide 2 Week offs where they say they work with 5 Working days. 2.HR Process: They will put any of the blames forcefully without any proofs & asks to put down papers before appraisal cycle. 3. HR Team utilizes its position power & can overrule any policies. They go for shopping outing lunch for more than 3-4 hrs prsnl works & they ask to put down papers to those peoples who have given 12-14 hrs to the company with only 4 WO in the company.
