The company has lost his original theme. The culture which is presently dominant wasn't there in either Satyam Computers or Original Tech Mahindra, Mahindra Satyam was bit ok but TechMahindra as a company lost confidence of his own employees and other job seeking candidate. Skilled people are not getting recognition and appraisal and any big opportunity, Overall culture is negative, and management does not have any plans for their employees, management consider their employees as laborer or disposable articles. One should be strong heahed to deal with workplace bullies , there are several management puppets who entertain the management and bully other colleagues by just showing their closeness with upper management. They give rigorous training for freshers and expect to perform good in the tests given, if failed we are sent out from the company. Very minimum number of opportunities are given to prove ourselves.
