At Team Lead level, they will promise you 6 WOFFs a month, but as soon as you're in, they will deny that they offered that ever and would force you to have 4 days WOFF Just blabbering the gud policies, and returning nothing Hires usually for X process and then gets u joined for Y process... Work is pretty good.Pretty satisfying I must say in term of work life balance. No pressure.Good work environment is pretty chilled.Growth prospects are decent in terms of number of onsite oportunities.Good number of weekend activities with a lot of fun fridays being organised.Lots of team lunches.Overall a good environment.

Dislikes

There is a lack of option for internal switch i.e its difficualt to switch between technologies. Needs to improve on appraisal process. Some of the departments are still using outdated technologies. Lot of office politics which is deep rooted.
