No support. Just pushed me out of company for lack of project in 45 days. Shocking.

Job security. No promotion. No one cares even if we contribute more, in 1 year I took 120 interviews for various projects. But I was removed (in exact 45 days), when there were no projects.

Compensation as my role was very important for project.

Dislikes

TechM does not believe skills of its own employee, no fair mechanism of testing skills of a employees. Rather nepotism is order of the day. Higher management is utter pathetic, during evaluation they search question on google and expect answer to be same as google. Manager lack real life development experience.

Not much stress and possibly a Good work life balance provided you have a good bank balance or any other source of income.

It is very rare that your skill set matches the right project and the possibility of growing is very minimal except you being a favourite person to your heads.Recognitions may not be expected and your expertise may not be utilised properly.
