Discrimination on the basis of particular regions. Promotions given not on the basis of expertise but the managers are biased towards their hometown people or home state . Relocation is not possible even after giving every valid possible reason. Projects are given randomly without taking into account all skill sets.

Some Team leaders not all, assume that ur getting 50k per month like that the will torcher you as hell. No promotion...no appreciation for your hard work..
