Salaries are too low, no increment even completed a year and years working in company. No night shift allowance and no free food provided even festivals or special days

The management specially their believe system, putting pressure drives performance, management would Say they care about mental health but they dont follow, I was working as a team leader they expect leaders to work every day, and stretch your shifts every day. Over all pathetic management will never recommend to work here.

It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation. In terms of work it was zero centric and only giving false promises to save your scores. If you want to join in a company where you do not want to learn anything and want to make your like miserable then you should try once. Internal politics, favouritism Work culture is very bad, high work pressure, mandatory OTs TL's doesn't support for anything..poor pay cycle.. variable pay which you get on performance basis and which is included in the salary package. No proper/dedicated/ less system to login. Immediate supervisor always asks to go to superior boss for any help

My dislikes are for some managers who is in the system for many years especially putcha reddy, from techmahindra 3 uk , he is top politician and a demotivated person, you cannot go against him as he have good contact in upar level, plus hr ..
