They treat employees like robots They just move from one department to another The TLs are abusive and aggressive The TLs don't take seual complaints seriously if you'll raise a complaint against a TLs friend they'll target you They have 9 hours and 30 mins shift But you have to reach 20 mins prior shift and the systems are pathetic it logs out or restarts in that case the employee has to sit and cover at times they don't have systems either for 20 mins even 1 hour And the employee is required to cover that aswell So it's not really a 9 hours 30 mins shift it's mostly 10 or 12hrs shift...Read More

I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth

I really like tech mahindra policy But there is process flipkart there manger Nidhish Bhatnagar can't run that process

I was in sec62 building in Flipkart process in flipkart there were 40days tranning but they took more then 60days and we got tranning amount after 9months and 22 people in group 19 left in training time And Flipkart didn't give my 2 months salary because I was not reporting in office due to covid at that time I was admit in hospital I gave my pepper my report they have fired me and they didn't my 2months salary...Read More
