Not a good company, I am on my notice period when I spoke to the team about the resignation, rather than asking me the reason for leaving they started cribbing about their problems. If a feedback is shared with the manager about any ongoing issue they say it's a new set up and request to adjust. Incase of any human error from our side they start with their professional talks.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

Dislikes

Terms and conditions related to shifting from one state to another state by client requirements. HRA (house rent allowance)related to shifting from metropolitan city 15hours a day work culture but making in timesheet for 9 hr only. Leave in cash : not possible due to project complexity didnot took leave and lapsed all leaves. Only earned leaves no sick leaves category. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. Nothing to like, no growth, managers are also rude. infrastructure is old, colorless water taps in washroom.(In Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune). Boring food in canteen. Try to join on your own risk, If you get good people in your project then it’s fine to join this company. Suddenly they release you from project. Then force you to resign from company, HR will say don’t tell anyone about this.

Working with Tech Mahindra (Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune) since 3.7 years and overall 7.6 years of experience I am having. Worst HR ever, forced me to resign in closed meeting room in person, worst torture ever. HR (Rakhi Dhongde) literally, ran behind me to catch up till lift door, when I refused to sign on resign papers and left the meeting room immediately, she refused to go outside from HR department ODC, she didn’t provided door access until and unless I do signature on resign papers, seized my mobile phone. Scolded on me don’t call anyone, don’t tell anyone about this situation, even didn’t allow me to go washroom, directly said no to me. No one can believe me but yes it’s true. My colleagues were nice and helpful but they were also pissed off with the management politics so started leaving the company one by one when I joined.

Dislikes

Its completely manager driven company. HR rarely communicate with employees and it is of no good. Manager recruits according to their will and who ever do better buttering, without thinking about the company. They don't care about valuable skilled resources rather involved in office politics. in 2 years no appraisal even I was sitting at client side and giving full productivity.

Pathetic Politics of Higher Management which promotes favoritism, Useless RMGs & WFM team who never ever work, Without intimation they will release from projects, which is against the Organizational Policies but NO HR will Q' it. LOW Salaries and No Hikes. Tool Allocations, Mail Allocations won't prove your assignment on Projects. Shameless & Silent Layoffs with No reasons.

There is nothing to like in tech Mahindra no one will support the agents on floor if there's any TL who supports agents the management will target them and force them to resign.

There is no work life balance, They won't even consider you as human they will treat you like slave_s. They won't even give you leaves even if you are sick and have n number of leaves in your bucket. I did not like company culture much. Siloed working and its always about delivery thats all. Typical bossism culture and upline management hardly cares about employee skill development. It is just about revenue, ebidta and thats all. No employee engagement

They paid only 13 k to freshers and don't allow food and phones in office. Even they have locker but all lockers are preoccupied and one has to put there bag outside . No promotions they are just exploiting freshers .

He will never stick to his words if anyone joins tech m please take everything documented don't believe any verbal communication given by any one HR, TL, HOD, MANAGER no one is Trustable.
