My colleagues were nice and helpful but they were also pissed off with the management politics so started leaving the company one by one when I joined.

Its completely manager driven company. HR rarely communicate with employees and it is of no good. Manager recruits according to their will and who ever do better buttering, without thinking about the company. They don't care about valuable skilled resources rather involved in office politics. in 2 years no appraisal even I was sitting at client side and giving full productivity.

Tortures agents to do OT, they first day I'll receive the OT amount in next month salary but never credits. It's been 5 months im waiting for my OT payout. Big big chance for girls.
