They just want to employee everyone but don't have PC's for the employee. Team leaders and SME are so worst like top level worst that they make workspace toxic , so much toxic your mind will say i just don't want to work. It's just the brand name techmn but inside techmn nothing's good , even the recruiter are just liars. Not a good company, I am on my notice period when I spoke to the team about the resignation, rather than asking me the reason for leaving they started cribbing about their problems. If a feedback is shared with the manager about any ongoing issue they say it's a new set up and request to adjust. Incase of any human error from our side they start with their professional talks.

Firstly, i would recommend not to join in this company as Non voice process, i don't know about other process. Some Team leaders not all, assume that ur getting 50k per month like that the will torcher you as hell.
