There is a lot of delays and the management doesn’t address our issues quickly. Salary is decent but career growth is slow and hikes percentage also low.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning but later I learnt everything and performed really well on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
