Company work culture not all for all reasons people's. This is good for South Indian, other reagion people avoide for all company benifit, like work appreciate and other approval. Job security also not there. If project gone, very few option to available for other projects. Hiring time project to go live, after that no project. Like govt job as per work culture..

Managers micromanage the employees, no proper work or projects, no promotions, no hikes, no culture, don't treat employees with respect be it females too. Lot and Lots of Politics.

If the employee on bench and given the internal interview so this process is time consuming because we don't received from there side so in that case your bench time will reduce. If you profile is audit an review in that case you will not received any update related to project allocation. same thing happened with me, I got the project at last moment but not got confirmation from project allocation team so in this case they give me the exit formalities. Internal politics, favouritism Work culture is very bad, high work pressure, mandatory OTs TL's doesn't support for anything..poor pay cycle.. variable pay which you get on performance basis and which is included in the salary package. No proper/dedicated/ less system to login. Immediate supervisor always asks to go to superior boss for any help
