Overall company is good however people are not working for the company bit always works for their managers And managers are selfish and awful
The managers are not very supportive and very greedy in nature. Many are working in playing with the finance, not working but using their power to claim extra work payout every month. Selfish people are chewing the company and its dignity.

In tech Mahindra,Bank of Baroda process was heavily skewed in favor of people from Kerala, which might have made it difficult for non-Keralite employees to fit in or be treated fairly. This can create a very uncomfortable and even discriminatory atmosphere, especially when people are judged or treated differently based on their regional background. The fact that there was high pressure to perform, combined with difficulties in getting leave or proper shifts, seems like a very challenging situation. Not a good company, I am on my notice period when I spoke to the team about the resignation, rather than asking me the reason for leaving they started cribbing about their problems. If a feedback is shared with the manager about any ongoing issue they say it's a new set up and request to adjust. Incase of any human error from our side they start with their professional talks.
