Appraisal is not on time... They are extending the apprisal by month and the date keeps changing.... When everyone is frustrated with this and put resign then after they give the apprisal to those who didn't on notice period... They give the apprisal once in a two year combined and it was 4-5℅ only.

I did not like company culture much. Siloed working and its always about delivery thats all. Typical bossism culture and upline management hardly cares about employee skill development. It is just about revenue, ebidta and thats all. No employee engagement

Nothing to like, no growth, managers are also rude. infrastructure is old, colorless water taps in washroom.(In Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune). Boring food in canteen. Try to join on your own risk, If you get good people in your project then it’s fine to join this company. Suddenly they release you from project. Then force you to resign from company, HR will say don’t tell anyone about this.
Working with Tech Mahindra (Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune) since 3.7 years and overall 7.6 years of experience I am having. Worst HR ever, forced me to resign in closed meeting room in person, worst torture ever. HR (Rakhi Dhongde) literally, ran behind me to catch up till lift door, when I refused to sign on resign papers and left the meeting room immediately, she refused to go outside from HR department ODC, she didn’t provided door access until and unless I do signature on resign papers, seized my mobile phone. Scolded on me don’t call anyone, don’t tell anyone about this situation, even didn’t allow me to go washroom, directly said no to me. No one can believe me but yes it’s true. Just having reason that there is no project assigned to me. I already discussed with them that I am ready to work on any project or any location, they said no, I don’t no why. Management is like they are running school and it's completely unprofessional. They even don't have any idea about corporate things and yet they are making decisions on behalf of employees. They include PLI as a part of CTC and anytime they can deduct or cut your PLI even after your 100% performance. You don't get appraisal however in the name of companies bad performance u can loose ur in hand salary also which is their policy. They hire for one thing and they make you to do something else. Don't fall for it, go through JD thoroughly and ask all the doubts before making any decision. They will always find a way to cut your salary be ready for it. Some Team leaders not all, assume that ur getting 50k per month like that the will torcher you as hell.
