Work life balance , can easily finish work and enjoy rest of time with family . Have lots of project so that even on bench can get project . People are friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation wise not UPTO the mark. Whatever you get at entry is the best , appraisal cycle not followed, 2-5% hike that too in couple of years .

If you are assigned to a project then Tech M management won't ask you anything and it's up to you how you manage your client which will eventually leads to your work life balance

Dislikes

No increment no appraisal even if you do extra ordinary work work and gets multiple acknowledgement from client. Some times your tech m assigned manager will cause unnecessary stress to you

Appraisals are very disappointing, and appraisals do not even happen (eg:- 2022 & 2024 no appraisals at all) and when asked to HR, even HR does not have any clue and questions are ignored.

There is nothing as negative rating option to give. If you are smart don’t join with TechM but no other options then join to quit sooner to move on. Many are using TechM offer letters to negotiate with better companies. That is the best usage of TechM offers

Company give appraisals every alternate year and hike in the range of 1 to 4 %. Promotions are delayed for 6 to 8 years as everyone is stuck in their roles. Leadership only care for their own well being and ESOPs. Sales teams accepts deals at lowest margins forcing tech people to work long hours and with no rewards.

If the employee on bench and given the internal interview so this process is time consuming because we don't received from there side so in that case your bench time will reduce. If you profile is audit an review in that case you will not received any update related to project allocation. same thing happened with me, I got the project at last moment but not got confirmation from project allocation team so in this case they give me the exit formalities. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4.
